What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you make a booking enquiry on our website or over the phone we will ask your name, telephone number, email address and details of your booking e.g. preferred time/date of your appointment, type of appointment etc. We log your information on our computer system and store your email address with our 3rd party email marketing company (Mailchimp).
We may from time to time send an email newsletter or special offers to our subscribers through mailchimp. You may unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in the foot of the email, this will permanently delete your email address from our database. However, if you have completed a booking request form we will still hold your booking enquiry details (including your email address) on our in-house computer system.
Requesting information/request to be forgotten
You can request the information we hold about you at any time by telephoning the salon on 01904 471805 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
You can also use the above contact details to request that we delete all of the information that we hold about you.
